"Just extremely terrible service. I got gift for my fiancé but the size was wrong. We called several times just to get the information how to return the item but they didn’t call back in few days. I contacted customer support in UK and they explained how to return the item but after I dropped it to the post office I got email from Tiffany that the item can be returned only in Milan shop if I bought it from there )))So I needed to drive back to the post office and take package back because if I would send it to Uk it would probably take them forever to find it. It took me 5 days to just get the information how can I return the item 😳 I spent so much time on writing emails and calling to the customer support.In the end one lady finally contacted me and helped but unfortunately I hated the brand already. So I asked how can I return item and get refund and use 30 days return policy but they told me that this rule doesn’t work in Milan but in the rest of the world it would be fine :) Exchanging the size of the ring was the only option. Okay , I understand that it was my fault with the size but I asked a lot of questions about exchange or return because in my country I don’t have Tiffany. She didn’t give me any information just said that everything is gonna be OK) Of course attitude is kinda I came there to borrow money. Maybe Service in Tiffany is different in other countries but I would better avoid it in the future. To sum up a grocery store has much better service. Best wishes."
